Welcome to Nepal Chopper Helicopter Service, operated from Kathmandu, Nepal. By booking or using our helicopter services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your flight or inquiry.
Nepal Chopper Helicopter Service is a helicopter charter, rescue, and tour flight operator offering both private and shared flight services across Nepal.
All operations are conducted under Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) regulations.
Services are subject to availability, weather conditions, air traffic control clearance, and aircraft readiness.
All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, online booking form, or our official partners.
Full payment or a minimum of 50% advance is required to confirm any flight.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours prior to flight departure.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card (additional processing fee may apply), and cash in Nepalese Rupees or USD.
Client-Initiated Cancellation:
7 days or more before departure: 20% cancellation charge.
3–6 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge.
Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% cancellation charge.
Operator-Initiated Cancellation:
If flights are canceled due to bad weather, technical reasons, or government restrictions, we will either reschedule the flight or provide a full refund (excluding non-refundable permits or third-party service charges).
Flights are highly dependent on weather, air traffic, and technical conditions. Delays may occur without prior notice.
Nepal Chopper reserves the right to alter flight routes, timing, or cancel flights in the interest of safety.
In case of delays, we are not liable for any costs related to missed connections, accommodations, or additional travel expenses.
All passengers must carry valid identification (passport for foreigners, citizenship card for Nepalis).
Passengers must follow the instructions of the pilot and crew at all times for their safety.
Baggage is limited to 10 kg per person unless otherwise agreed. Overweight baggage may not be permitted.
Passengers with health issues must notify the company in advance.
Medical evacuation (rescue flights) must be paid in full before departure unless confirmed by insurance or embassy.
We can assist with insurance verification, but it is the responsibility of the passenger or their representative to provide valid documents.
Passengers are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance that includes emergency evacuation coverage.
Nepal Chopper holds standard liability insurance as per CAAN guidelines. We are not liable for delays, injury, loss of life, or property damage resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, weather, or force majeure.
All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices include helicopter charter fees, applicable landing and permit fees, and pilot expenses unless stated otherwise.
Government taxes and airport fees may apply and will be included in the final invoice.
Children aged 2 and above must occupy their own seat and are charged at the regular rate.
Infants under 2 years may travel on the lap of an adult without an additional seat but must be declared during booking.
Any service issues must be reported immediately to our team.
Formal complaints must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
Disputes, if any, will be governed by Nepalese law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during the booking process is used only for internal purposes and will not be shared without consent, except when required by law or authorities.
Nepal Chopper reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
